ALOHA! I'm Ian Hoey—if you’ve found me, you must be asking, ‘who is Ian Hoey?’ I’m a proud husband, father of three, fierce advocate for the special needs community, and lover of music.
With 15+ years of leadership across product, ecommerce, brand development, and marketing, I’ve helped create and scale multi-million dollar programs for global brands like Tilly’s, Nike, ORCA, FTD Inc., Manhead merch, Futureshirts, and Grammy-winning artists. As a master brand builder, I’ve driven top-line growth for startups, publicly traded companies, sports franchises, and clothing brands. In some cases, cleaned the bottom line to maximize EBITDA to drive net profit.
I’m an ‘intrapreneurial dadtrepreneur,’ comfortable wearing many hats: developer, merchant, buyer, designer, marketer, ecomm guy, and strategist. A previous CEO coined the “Ian-effect” after noting how my positivity uplifted team dynamics and performance.
Currently, I manage business for the entertainment industry and have built business for music legends like Billy Idol, Willie Nelson, Morrissey, and Michael Franti, alongside a family project, Lightning Strike Brew, which will change the coffee game while donating a portion of proceeds to the special needs community.
